Why are studio logo important?

People could easily recognize the film made by which company throughout watching the studio logo.

Which production companies, and studios, are ‘known’ for making Thriller films?

Hammer is a British production company based in London, founded in 1934. During its most successful years, Hammer dominated the horror film market. It has a lot of partnerships with major united states studios such as warner brothers. The famous movie had been creating from Hammer such as Dracula, Frankenstein, and Woman in black.

For the thriller genre movie studio, the color of black and bloody red would often appear on studio logo, the dark color symbolized the movie is very gloomy and red color means that movie is bloody. Of course, the symbol of the movie studio could also show the background of the film and it could let the audience learn more detail from the symbol on the studio. Name for the studio could give some hint for the audience to know their background, such as Warner’s brother. We know that the company belongs to a brother and their named Warner. Font could impact the audience when they saw the studio logo, from my perspective, I believe the bigger font is more recognizable and memorable. Images is a big one for the company, it is very important that the company select the right images, like Disney, they used their Disney castle for their studio logo to suggest that belongs to Disney and it is also very easy to recognize and memorize.

Why should the company change their Logo?

With the advancement of technology and the times, Disney wants to attract more attention and audience by constantly updating and improving its studio logo. Only constant updates can gain more eyeballs and at the same time improve the image of your company.

The Walt Disney Studio logo is stunning, we can see a very beautiful sunset behind the castle and the castle is surrounded by sea. It's reminiscent of the views seen at Disney Castle, which also advertises Disney Parks, which makes viewers feel like they're seeing the same scene at the Disney Parks. The lights in the castle are basically yellow, which symbolizes that the castle is very warm and the whole environment is very beautiful, especially attracting the younger audience. Disney's themes are mainly fairy tales, and the castle just symbolizes fairy tales and is very attractive to children. For example, Beauty and the Beast, we can see that most of their scenes are in the castle, which also happens to be combined with Disney's studio logo.
