First of all, I'd like to introduce my team members, Arthur, Richard and I (Bobby). Our film was filmed for a total of two and a half days at the beginning. It was filmed on February 20 this winter. There are three locations for our shooting. One is my own home, and the other is in Arthur's car and around the school reception.
After all our plans and shots were drawn, we came to my home to take some shots we had planned in advance, and we were very satisfied with those footpages.
We met at Authur's home for the second time, and the shooting place was in his car in his garage. Because we were in a hurry, we had a birthday party at 18:00, but we didn't arrive at the shooting place until 5:00, So we only hurried to shoot for 15 minutes that day and left. We were not particularly satisfied with those shots, so we had our third shot. That was also the last shot. That was also at Arthur's home. We summarized in advance what needed to be re shot, what needed to be improved and what lights needed to be adjusted. We finally took our last shot on March 25, It took half a day to take all the shots.
On April 5, after discussion, we needed to add a scene and prepare to shoot it in the school elevator, so we invited Noor to play the girl that I killed with a baseball bat
How did we work as a group?
As one of our group member, I would say everyone did their best for this film opening, in order to give the audience a better experience, we chose professional cameras and portable adjustable lights. I am mainly responsible for the direct, acting and some editing in our group. For example, I made our studio logo and title sequence for our clips. Arthur is the screenwriter and screenplay of our group. Richard is mainly responsible for shooting and editing. We give full play to everyone's strengths, to present better film works.
What worked well?
I especially like the shot at my home very much. The first one is that I put on my coat, and the light is above my head. I feel that the background color of that shot, and the light are put together, giving the audience a strong feeling of Thriller. The other is my cat barking lens head. I think that shot is also very successful, because it is very consistent with the theme of our film, thriller. And with the color and sound of post-production, it will give the audience a strong thrilling feeling.
In conclusion, I think everyone has paid a lot for the beginning of this film. We have also successfully made the beginning of our first film. We have still completed most of the tasks. We completed the design and plan before shooting, and we also did a very good job in the final acting and editing.
